What to Expect During and After Your Upper-Eyelid Procedure

Published on August 23, 2018

Upper-eyelid surgery is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures available. If you are interested in getting an upper-eyelid lift, here is some information that you may find useful.

Upper-eyelid surgery is typically performed under local anesthesia. It takes between one to two hours to complete the procedure. You will be able to return home the same day as your procedure, but you will need to have someone drive you home. After your upper-eyelid surgery, some swelling and discomfort is to be expected. It will take about one week to heal and recover.

Our goal is to provide you with outstanding care during and after your upper-eyelid surgery. Contact our office today to schedule a consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jarrod Little.
